Every delivered guide includes a brief "maintenance map" — a document explaining the structure logic so your internal team can make future updates confidently without losing coherence. For ongoing maintenance, we offer retainer arrangements where we handle periodic updates, version control, and content freshness audits. For larger enterprise projects, we offer milestone-based payment schedules aligned to project phases. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and PayPal. All invoices are itemized clearly, and you will never receive a charge you didn't agree to in advance. Payment details are confirmed in your project agreement before any work begins.
